All orders are shipped via UPS. We ship Monday and Tuesday excluding holidays. SUGES does not ship or deliver over the weekend. During busy times and Holidays, We may sell out during certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day.

Whether or not you're shipping to a residential address or commercial address (commercial address are less expensive).

Cost and shipping methods are provided by UPS. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. SUGES will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, SUGES LLC cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
